Shark finning is when sharks are captured and brought onboard a boat. When the shark is on the boat a person will cut of the sharks fins and tail (Please bear in mind, while they are doing so the shark is alive and can feel the pain). Once de-finned, the shark is then thrown back into the ocean. When the shark is in the ocean, it drowns itself. Why? Because the people have cut off its fins and tail so it cannot swim anymore, and it just keeps sinking, and dies. It dies because it cannot breathe because a shark needs to move to be able to breath. Sad? You bet!
